Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable in their area.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the ah33 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. All financial transactions on ah33 are processed exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, which include local e-wallets and online banking options available to Filipino players. ah33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take a reasonable processing period depending on the payment method selected. ah33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any required verification checks. Any attempt to manipulate the deposit or withdrawal process, including the useof fraudulent payment details or chargebacks without legitimate cause, will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
